1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective materials).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale/Clearance Items: Marked as non-returnable at purchase.
• Personalized/Customized Products: Made-to-order items (e.g., monogrammed shoes).
• Gift Cards.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us First: Email contactus@solesurge.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and mail it to:

   Include the RMA number inside the package.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to:

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund.
